Please feel free to download our enrolment application below and return it to Imelda in the office together with your child’s birth and baptisimal certificates (if baptised outside the parish).

It is very important that the school has an up to date mobile contact number and email address for a parent/guardian of each child in the school.  Important messages are sent home via this service e.g. emergency closures due to bad weather.  If either changes during your child’s time in the school please remember to inform the school office.
